Whats up guys,
Today we are going over the first part of nutrition, THE BEFORE/AFTER and WHENEVER PROTEIN SHAKE. This is a staple in my diet, since I am on the go often, as well as I don't always have a bunch of time in the morning to get a full meal in then go workout. First session is usually around 7/ 730 so this is great, the shake is not a heavy meal and lets me hit the morning session hard!
We have a bunch coming out this week, so lets get after it!
