Can you build muscle and burn fat at the same time? Many bodybuilders will say that body recomposition is impossible. In fact, simultaneous muscle growth and fat loss IS possible for the vast majority of lifters. However, it isn’t easy to accomplish, and mainly applies to 4 main categories of gym goers.
