Description

Banana Kiwi Smoothie is a delicious creamy beverage and breakfast prepared by blending banana, kiwi, Chia seeds, and honey with Milk.
With a base of frozen banana, and fresh Kiwi,
this playful smoothie -- is rich in fiber and others nutritions.

This smoothie is best for:
1- Heart health patient.
2- kiwi and chiaseeds both help to prevent cancer.
3- Increase your immunity system.
4- Helps bones to grow stronger.
5- Reduce stress. and etc........

INGREDIENTS:
- Frozen Banana 2
- Frozen kiwi 2
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Plain yogurt 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Chia seeds 1 tsp
- Ice-cubes (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until very smooth, or 30-60 seconds. serve immediately.

Preparation time: 5-7 minutes
Serving: 2

Serving ideas:. serve it as breakfast drink or as an afternoon beverage.
